Narrows crossings

The Narrows of NYNJ harbor, most noted for the Verrazano Bridge, is crossed by oil and gas pipelines, power cables, and water tunnels. Earthworks used electromagnetic and seismic imaging to determine the location and elevation of these crossings. e4sciences|Earthworks analyzed the historical drawings and surveyed the landfall facilities. These measurements were used for relocation or protection of the utilities crossing the channel.
